2. Renewable Return Conditions
To keep our sustainability loop running efficiently, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in the exact operational condition you received it, with no additional cosmetic wear or damage.
- The item must include its original box, certified charging accessories, cables, and manuals that were shipped with it.
- A valid order number or digital invoice matching your account must be provided.

3. Professional Diagnostic & Refund Process
- Upon arrival at our testing center, our certified technicians will conduct a professional hardware and software diagnostic within 3 business days.
- Once the diagnostic confirms the item matches its original dispatched state, your refund will be authorized immediately.
- The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution 3–5 business days to complete the transfer.

4. Sustainable Shipping Allocation
- Unless the product has a verified hardware failure or a wrong item was dispatched, the customer is responsible for return shipping logistics.
- To reduce carbon footprints, original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
